The soon reopening of the Magpie Centre and cafe has set Pete the caretaker’s mind to creating puns!
As the garden bank has been shored up he tells us he’s ‘shore’ it will be ready to open on 22nd of Feb at 9.30am.
In fact he’s ‘banking’ on it!
He’s seen the builders sweeping up and he believes ‘the path is clear’!
