Short Breaks for children with additional needs or support

Medway Parent and Carers Forum are an independent group of parents and carers of children and young people from birth to 25 years who have all types of disability or additional support need across the whole of Medway.

Would you like to know more about Short Breaks (respite)?

Would you like to meet service providers to see what they can offer you?

Graham Tanner, Medway Council’s programme lead for disabilities, will be talking to parents about short breaks including overnight respite, clubs and activities and how you might be able to access them.

There will also be several service providers on hand to talk to parents about their services.
