COGS Group for Weedswood
Age UK Medway currently run two successful COGS groups, one from Capstone dementia centre, and the other from Gillingham day centre. COGS are for people who are experiencing memory problems. The clubs are modelled on Cognitive Stimulation Therapy, this third group will be held at The Net Community Hub, 70 Silverweed Road, Chatham, ME5 0RD.
There is a cost to the person attending of £12.50, which includes a light lunch and refreshments during the day, which runs from 10 am to 3pm.
